Azimut Atlantis 44 “Fleur de Lis”
Welcome on this beautiful 2011 Azimut Atlantis 44. She comes directly from her second owner who has spent a lot to make this yacht like new again, and even better than new!
With her sleek profile, painted hull and Italian styling she is a real head turner.
The Atlantis 44 is an amazing two cabin sportcruiser with an electric hardtop. She offers a huge amount of space inside and out, starting with the large bathing platform with ladder and hot/cold shower. Under the sunpad you will find a large storage for fenders etcetera.
She is fitted with teak on the platform and cockpit and has a hydraulic concealed gangway.

On starboard there is a hatch which leads you to the engineroom under the cockpit.
The stainless steel slidingdoor on the entrance of the cockpit is custom made and looks really fantastic.
All the upholstery has been replaced and the wetbar has been modified to a more contemporary look with wooden countertop, separate bowl and LCD TV. The cockpit table is made out of teak and there are two poufs so you can seat up to 10 people.
There is a Fusion stereo system, extra 220V sockets and an extra fridge fitted in the cockpit.
Also new is the custom made canopy with extended roof for more shade during the summer and an almost completely dry cover during the rain. The canopy is made of black Sunbrella and looks real stylish on this yacht.
On the foredeck is another sunbathing area and a electric windlass with remote for the optional stainless steel anchor.
The original pilot bench has been replaced by two custom made Recaro seats, upholstered in the same material as the rest of the cockpit.

The dashboard has everything you could wish, with Raymarine navigation such as a C120w multi functional display, Ray 240 VHF, autopilot and multidisplay, Quick windlass chaincounter , Sidepower bowthruster joystick, Fusion stereo system and Volvo Penta displays and electronic gearlevers.
The interior of the Atlantis 44 will amaze you; let’s start with the saloon which has a comfortable seating, plenty of storage, a large Sony LCD TV and a fully functional galley with two burner ceramic stove, fridge, microwave and sink. There is a airconditioning system and a separate dieselheating.
The VIP cabin is situated forward and has a large double bed with two reading lights.
There is plenty of storage for the guests and lots of natural light which can be blinded with the lightcoloured curtains.
The VIP cabin has a ensuite bathroom with Tecma electric toilet, porthole, storage, sink and shower. It has a very natural feeling with lot’s of light and a white coloured countertop.
This Atlantis has a grey- and blackwatertank.
The fullbeam ownerscabin is midships and is indeed the captains cabin. It offers a very large and comfortable bed, a large LCD TV, plenty storage underneath the bed and in the cupboards and two large windows with portholes. The ensuite bathroom is well equipped and has a very luxurious feeling.
This Atlantis 44 is powered by twin Volvo Penta D6-370 diesel engines with sterndrives for more room, less consumption and sportive handling. These engines are only two years old and are all documented. Februari 2019 she has had a full service on the engines and drives so is technically 100%. She is also fitted with a 9kW Kohler generator and a Victron 24-220 invertor so you can use all the 220V appliances during navigation or when at anchor. The engineroom is perfectly clean, no expenses spared as you can see.
